Our centre has, apart from its dedicated training areas, a large reception and shop area where you can browse and purchase from an extensive range of quality martial arts and performance clothing and equipment. You may also choose to buy something from our wide selection of hot / cold drinks and snacks prior to or after your class before venturing upstairs to our large comfortable lounge. Our lounge has a good selection of leather sofas and bistro style tables and chairs for you to relax in whether you are taking part in a class or just waiting for someone. Also on the first floor, you will find our dedicated changing rooms for men and women. As a facility dedicated to teaching students both young and old, we hope it underlines our members confidence in us, that we ensure our training areas have been fully risk assessed to comply with Health and Safety regulations, we have qualified First Aiders present at all times and each of our staff has been fully CRB checked. |
