- Our Kickboxing syllabus remains a popular program year in year out due to its high energy mix of padwork, bagwork and conditioning.
- Historically, kickboxing is a sport based art form that was developed to combine elements of western boxing with some of its eastern counterparts such as karate.
- Our classes ensure you are taught to an exceptional standard in the upright striking aspects of modern kickboxing.
- Although fighting and sparring are obvious routes for those students so inclined, we do not impose this upon those wishing to train within this program.
- As such we keep the sparring aspect seperate from the training within the main classes.
- Those wishing to do so may attend separate times to develop those particular skills.
- When training in kickboxing, you can expect each class to be a high energy, fun and challenging workout.
- You will as beginner learn the basic techniques before advancing level by level to reach the much revered Black Belt.
- Most students tend to choose kickboxing if they feel fitness is their primary goal.
- There is nothing quite as satisfying or as stress relieving as hitting a bag or developing a real camaderie with your training partner as you push each other to achieve your next goals.
